Is propelpips legit? +
We operate a rules-based evaluation in a simulated environment. Your dashboard includes transparent risk limits and tracking, and payouts follow the stated eligibility checks and profit split. If you ever need help, reach out to support and we’ll guide you through the process.
I can’t log in to my dashboard. What should I do? +
Start with the basics:
- Make sure you’re using the same email you used at checkout.
- If you forgot your password, use the reset option on the login page.
- If you still can’t access your account, contact support and include your email.
Where can I see my challenge status and rule progress? +
Your dashboard shows your account status (active/failed), current equity and balance, and your progress vs the profit target and drawdown limits. If something looks wrong or hasn’t updated, refresh the page and check again after a few minutes.
Do I trade on the website or on MT5? +
Trading is done on MetaTrader 5 (MT5). The website is used as a dashboard for account overview and performance tracking.
I paid but my account is not active yet. How long does approval take? +
Payments are reviewed and approved by our team. Once approved, your account status will update in the dashboard. If it’s taking longer than expected, contact support and include your payment email and order details.
Are there any time limits on challenges? +
No! We believe trading shouldn't be rushed. There are absolutely zero time limits on any of our evaluation phases. Take as much time as you need to hit your profit targets.
When can I request my first payout? +
You can request your first payout after 14 calendar days from your first trade on a funded account. After the first payout, you become eligible every 14 days. The minimum payout is 1% of your funded account’s starting balance (the dashboard shows the exact dollar minimum when you request). Payouts are subject to rule review, KYC approval, and confirmation of no violations.
How do payouts work? +
Once your account is eligible, submit a payout request from your dashboard. We review for rule compliance and account status, apply the profit split, then process payment (usually within 24 hours). Your payout history stays visible in the portal.
What instruments can I trade? +
You can trade Forex majors, minors, and exotics, as well as Equity Indices, Commodities (Gold, Silver, Oil), and a wide range of Cryptocurrencies.
