2.1 Overview
PropelPips sells access to digital evaluation services, account setup, dashboards, and related programme access. Customers should review all trading rules, account specifications, restrictions, and eligibility conditions before making a purchase.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
A customer may request a refund only when all of the following are true:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- No trade has been opened or executed on the purchased evaluation account.
- The account has not been breached, reset, passed, upgraded, transferred, or otherwise materially used.
- The customer has not violated the Terms & Conditions, anti-fraud rules, coupon rules, referral rules, or payment rules.
2.3 Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided where:
- Trading activity has started
- The account fails or breaches any rule
- The customer changes their mind after account use begins
- The customer is disqualified for prohibited trading or abuse
- KYC or verification is refused or failed after the service has been used
- The purchase involved a non-refundable promotional offer, reset, add-on, upgrade, or replacement account, where disclosed at checkout
- A payment dispute, chargeback, or fraudulent transaction is initiated without first contacting support in good faith
2.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where technically and legally possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card network, crypto processor, or other relevant intermediary.
PropelPips may request reasonable information to verify the buyer’s identity and the purchase before processing a refund.
2.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact PropelPips support before filing a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal request.
Where a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is initiated:
- PropelPips may suspend access to related accounts and services pending review.
- Any pending reward, refund, or benefit may be paused until the dispute is resolved.
- PropelPips may contest the dispute with supporting service-delivery records, account records, and communication logs.
