These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the PropelPips website, client dashboard, simulated evaluation accounts, digital programme access, support systems, and related services.
By purchasing, accessing, or using PropelPips services, the user agrees to these Terms, the 2-Step Evaluation Rules, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Prohibited Trading Policy, and any other programme-specific terms displayed at checkout or within the dashboard.

PropelPips may monitor, review, and assess account activity using automated systems, dashboard data, manual checks, or third-party tools.
Where a breach, abuse, or suspicious activity is identified, PropelPips may:
PropelPips’ decisions will be made in good faith based on available information and are final to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
PropelPips may require identity, payment, or compliance verification where reasonably necessary, including before reward approval.

Reward eligibility is not automatic. A reward request may be approved only when:
PropelPips may request supporting documents or clarification during review. Indicative funded-stage reward timing and split are described in the 2-Step Evaluation Rules (for example, 80% to the trader where applicable, first reward request after 14 calendar days from funded-stage activation and at least 5 funded trading days, then every 14 calendar days unless changed in the dashboard).
Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the Refund Policy published by PropelPips. Users should review that policy before purchase.

All website text, logos, brand assets, dashboards, software interfaces, evaluation structures, documents, and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to PropelPips unless stated otherwise.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit PropelPips materials without prior written permission.
PropelPips may perform maintenance, updates, risk reviews, platform changes, or technical modifications. Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, third-party failures, force majeure events, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
PropelPips will aim to operate fairly and transparently but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, dashboard, or trading environment.
The services are provided for evaluation, performance assessment, and educational purposes. Trading, even in simulated environments, involves decision-making under uncertainty and may not reflect live-market execution outcomes.
PropelPips does not guarantee:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PropelPips will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or speculative losses arising from use of the services, including loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated reward, business interruption, or data/internet/platform issues.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
